IP Transit is a service that provides global Internet connectivity for telecom operators, data centers, hosting providers, and content delivery networks that require a reliable and scalable solution for backbone traffic exchange. The service operates at the inter-operator level using the BGP dynamic routing protocol, enabling efficient routing management and supporting direct interaction between autonomous systems. GlobalNet's infrastructure is a proprietary backbone network spanning dozens of cities and countries. It offers maximum throughput of up to 800G per wavelength, allowing for flexible connection scaling and adaptation to increasing loads. We provide clients with direct broadband access to key traffic exchange points and Tier-1 providers, reducing the number of intermediate routes and improving connection stability.

GlobalNet's IP Transit service delivers high service levels with a 99.99% SLA. We monitor channel performance 24/7, perform timely maintenance, and promptly respond to potential incidents. This approach ensures continuous content delivery and stable service operation around the clock. GlobalNet has been providing services for over 15 years and reliably delivers Internet transit for major ISPs, telecom operators, video streaming platforms, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructures. The technical implementation supports dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 protocols and full integration with the client’s systems via BGP. The service can be rapidly deployed on existing channels or within a new network configuration.

You can connect to the IP-Transit service from GlobalNet directly in key data centers across Russia.
